I don't know why, but for some reason this ending makes me cry/sad even though its a nice happy ending. Wonder why... =.=

Oh my goodness . . . that was beautiful. It was probably the best written Weiss angst piece I've read yet. It was absolutely wonderful. Great job.

I guess now's a good time, since it's never occured to me before, to tell you how thoroughly you've endeared me to this story. In case no one's ever told you before (highly unlikely, but I want a turn, too ^_^), you have an amazing writing style. And you were brave enough to really kill off Aya. ^_^' I love Aya as much as the next squeal-y fan, but it's almost refreshing to have him *stay* dead. Is that evil? ^_^'

Anyway, your story was wonderful. Awesome characterization and an ending that I think couldn't have been done any better. ^_^

*about to cry* No...no...AYA! Why..why Aya?? I don't understand...the first Wiess Kruez fic I read and Aya dies? You've GOT TO update this QUICKLY!

Your use of language, tone, and pacing is beautiful, as always. The first scene is disturbingly vivid - I couldn't shake the image of blood in my mind, to the point that it stained the scene red in my mind's eye, and in the third scene, the emotion is restrained, but seething under the surface that it makes it all the more sad. Yohji's talk with Ken was a pleasant contrast and break from the tension of the first part and the sadness following it (even if I just can't see Yohji calling the rest of Weiss "schmucks" ^_~). I've been reading this fic as you've been posting parts in your livejournal, but I've been a bad reviewer and not gotten around to reviewing anything after the first part. I really love the way you don't overdo it with the connection between Ken and Omi - they obviously care a lot of about each other, but they're not sappy, they're not feminine, and last time I checked, they both still have their penises intact. You do a terrific job writing all of Weiss (even the little bit we see of Aya), and I'm definitely looking forward to seeing more of this fic (and possibly the Gluhen MamoruxKen? *blinks prettily*)
