Heh, I must have smirked all the way through this, so much that my face actually hurts. It just oozes of Kain like nobodies business!

Again, I really find it hard to believe that you see these as scribbles when they're so well written and awesomely inspiring. I'm especially fond of the 'calm moonlit water' simile you put in. Sums up my impression of Kain almost perfectly.

I actually think Umah is ugly though :D LOL!

Hehe. "I just have not stopped moving yet." Cool line. Reminds me of my love when she argues that Yoshi is (in fact) a horse. "He's just a bit green," she says.
Anyway, I must this sounds like Kain. At least BO2 Kain. He was much more agressive then. I just submitted the latest chapter to my fic, if you're still interested. I'm now going to read more of your stories.

Kain's musings on Umah particularly insightful.(I find her very hard to take seriously, she is so damn inconsistent!) I liked the idea of him considering killing her right from that first night, letting her believe he has feelings other than rage, but all the time moving relentlessly towards his goal and preparing to clear any obsticals in his path, her included. A well written soliloquy, and one that casts new light on one of my favourite characters.

"It doesn’t matter, because tonight I kill everybody."

I think this turned out very well. Seems very in character for 'young' Kain, arrogant and willful as ever he was. I really enjoyed it, even if it was shorter then most of your other fictions.

Sadly, BO2 is not yet available in my country so I have no idea what really went on in the game. Nevertheless, your fic has given me an overview of what to expect, and seeing as Kain is... ahem... biting mad (no pun intended), I can say that the game may be as exciting as SR2 if not more. Well VA what can I say apart from that it's absolutely wonderful? You have beautiful phrasing in this piece (this time I have no complaints that it's too short as it's a VO anyway). AND you've captured Kain's thoughts well in this. It's as if Simon Templeman is actually speaking himself. :)
