This was so sad. I always wonder what would happen if she left. I though that something like this would have happened, she still would have died even if she was in the Undying lands. I felt sad when reading this, but I understood that they would meet again.

I didn't read this when I first saw it, 'cause I knew I would cry, and who knows, angry perhaps.
But anyway, I found my courage, and I'm really glad I did :) Arwens thoughts were really good.
Didn'r quite like the marrige with Eowyn though...maybe that's just me... ;) But I just wondered - you said he married Eowyn, and then a woman he didn't love. You mean he loved Eowyn?
I think, he loved her, but not like a romantic love...if you know what I mean. Anyway, as I said, maybe it's juat me.
Your story was wonderful no matter what, made me cry :) and then the happy ending, lovely :)

*sigh* Wow, that was such a bittersweet ending. Arwen did yet she got to return to the arms of her lover. Yet she left her family and friends behind. *sigh* This was really good! OK...lately I've been crying over LOTR stuff. For example I cryed my eyes out just watchin the ROTK trailer on Monday. Go figure. But that had to be one of the saddest things I'ver ever read! I mean Aragorn married Eowyn but she loved Faramir yadda yadda yadda...but OMG that was really good how you added that Aragorn's spirit came and took Arwen away. And that she didn't even care that she was dead...omg that was so good!! I might be overreactin...but that was really really really good!
