Finally!! It's about time someone wrote a story featuring Elendira the Crimsonnail. The only good stories I've read featuring "Ellen" were "Double Helix" and "Crimson Stains the White Fur Darkly". So I really have high hopes for this one. Also, all of my favorite Gung-Ho Guns are in this story with the exception of Zazie the Beast. I love the way portrayed all of the characters so far. Keep up the good work!

Through my own overeagerness, I missed the POV part at the beginning and was confused for a while, but then I got it. This is nice work. What a lethal Elendira you've got here. Legato is having fun, isn't he? At least for the moment. But s/he dissed my boy, Middie. Don't know if I can forgive her/him for that, the biatch. I mean bastard, I mean...Pillbox hat, that's what they call it, I think. Hope Xmas vacation will be good to you, giving you time to crank out another chapter or two. This is excellent writing, Bennu. *Applauds.* Very, very nice. Well written, and enjoyable to read. I especially loved the Elendira chapter, I'm quite partial to her--she is my favorite Gung-Ho-Gun. Characterization is near-perfect, something ~very~ difficult to come across. I commend you. As for the lack of plot... the way it is written indefinately makes up for it.

Your style is beautiful, and the subject intriguing. I liked the description of the Zephyr ship and Elendira's cabin and the technology.

I enjoyed the action too. You established your character's lethal bona fides in one short scene.
