I thought your version of this scenario - Clark losing his sight - was superior to what the show gave us. I loved the opening description of everything Clark hears, a panorama in sound. And Clark blaming Lex for something caused by Clark's own misadventure was maddeningly in character. But despite that, I could really feel his fears and anger in the story.

Wow that was SO great! I really loved your interpritation of Clark's thoughts and feelings on this issue. Great great job! I love your writing too, it's amazing! I have your Mere Mortal's trilogy saved to read on my vacation next week. I'm sure I'm going to love it because this was brilliant!

I don't think, Clark would blame Lex for his blindness, since he had been trespassing...

While reading it, I almost had the impression, that Clark would stay blind.

I'm glad you made it a happy ending, though.

Other than that, it's pretty good.

That was very beautiful. (You must be a sucker for spoilers, too.) I wish the show would do it that way. The blind people I know wouldn't have had that much trouble, but then, they couldn't break things with a touch, either.
