This story was quite good.

The plot and characterizations were fun, and I enjoyed reading this.

You are right that this does play out just like a 90s made-for-video kid's movie, but I like that about it. It's a GOOD sort of corniness. It makes me feel nostalgic.

Sweet fudge, that was probably the best Casper story I have ever read. It beats the socks off of all the sequels, hands down! This could have been a real movie! I espcially loved any scene with the Trio.

Haha. I liked that story. It was all very believeable and I could easily see all of this happening in a sequel.

That was a great story. It kept me entertained for a while. I had to read it over several days, though, since I don't have a lot of free time. But I loved the story, and since I don't remember a lot of detail past this chapter, I really liked the quote about Casper not being able to haunt a dollhouse... Made me giggle like a delighted pig. Which is not something I do often. Yay!

Awesome script! Jeez, I can't imagine why you don't care for this piece, because I think it would've been an awesome Casper II! Hopefully there's still a chance this could be made into a movie... (Although many of the origional actors have probably aged since 1995...)

I've said it once on the lj community, and I'll say it again...this is 100 times better than the crappy direct-to-video sequels. And it's funny...when I read the mayor's parts, I kinda picture Adam West being in that role. xD Maybe because he acts kinda like that as the Mayor on Family Guy. ^^; And I love your version of Wendy, she's got much more of a delightful personality. ^^

Hey, I loved this story! Truthfully, I had hoped that there would have been more Casper stories here at ff.net...but, even though there are only about 3...yours have to be the best I've read so far...I really wish I could have you write a few more... You portray the trio excellantly! If you ever write again, could you base it on them? My favs' (not that you probably care) are Stretch and Stinkie...but I'm rambling again...Thanks again for the great story!

If this is your worst, I think I would die if I saw your best! People are crazy if they won't hire you! You have very rare talent and your stories are unescapable!

Regarding your prologue, believe me, I have read much worse fics and seen much worse straight-to-video movies. However, I have a question - when everybody was in the astral plane, did the ghosts look like actual people instead of computer-generated ectoplasms?
