Holy crap. I have not the words to describe how much I was blown away by how amazing this story was! I felt that you kept all the characters delightfully in character and described the way Celes and Locke came together in a way that could actually happen, and not cheesily like I've seen done in some other stories I've read. I look forward to reading more of your stories, and I wish you happy writing!

extremely good but all the ages u gave for locke, terra, and celes were wring the girls would have been 19 and locke would be 26, thanks to the year jump in FF6. But otherwise amazing story and keep em coming.

WOW really good! i loved that every single character (the 14, at least) were put into the story...and I LOVE RELM! HAHAHA i was laughing at everything she said, it fit her personality perfectly. and with the other characters, too! what you did with Celes, especially, i used to hate her in the game 'cause she was so cold, but i like what you did with her, and i love how she progresses. yeah, this is a good LxC fanfic, great job!

Celes, chained and beaten by several soldiers, I can buy. Celes, the pretty young girl who gets cornered by a bunch of thugs in an ally and has to be rescued by a knight in shining armor? I don't buy it.

Your style is okay... you've obviously edited your work. But I don't quite agree with your characterization. By the end of the series, Locke and Celes know each other well enough to avoid the really hurtful things they said to each other in the beginning. And Celes is a soldier, one of the most powerful characters in the game. You can't just portray her as an average, emotionally constipated modern young woman. She's not.

Ahh, I see...You assume that Celes didn't save Cid in this one...Just so's you know, it IS possible, though difficult. I think you should post an alternate wedding chappie with Cid still alive. Kudos!

Hey. You should lengthen this chapter, and have Locke beat the muthafuckin shit out of the bastard who tried to rape Celes. Have Locke pick him up and (superhuman-strength sort of thing) just whip him around.

This is a fabulous Celes/Locke story and I really enjoy reading it.

However, there are several aspects about Celes' characterizations that doesn't seem to fit her as appeared in the game.

First of all, she seems a bit too..."love starved." Even though the story revolves on the theme of romance, making Celes too passionate and expressive (especially in the later chapters), which kind of contradicted her personality in the game.

Secondily, Celes is too fragile/weak in the story such as the incident in chapter 4 as well as in chapter 3132. Being an ex-Empire general, she should be capable of fending off the attackers by herself.

Lastly, in the game, Celes gives me an impression of being an independent, strong willed and reserved woman. The Celes Chere appears in the story is like the complete opposite; dependent, frail, and expressive about her feelings toward Locke (mayhaps too expressive in the later chapters). It just seems a bit...out of place.

Nonetheless, this is a great story! please keep up the good work!

Quite good, I just started reading FF fics and this is a good one, although I'm not sure I want to read the sequel. I like familiar characters, and the fact that yuri might be involved drives me away. Anyway, I thought it was good and I'm glad it didn't turn into a lemon. Keep up the good work.
