I know it's been a few years since the airing of McLeod's Daughters, series three anyway. But I just started watching the DVDs a few months ago. I can't tell you how disappointed, sad, angry, and frustrated I was when Claire died. I was so thrilled when I found this story. It's good to know my sister and I aren't the only ones who saw the injustice of Claire's death on the show. You are a lovely writer. You conveyed emotion very well through descriptive body language. Even better you stayed in character and made this alternate ending seem real. In my opinion, it's most definitely better than the real ending. :D

I loved that chapter and i am enjoying reading the story. you are a good writer.

Yay! This is a lot better than Claire dying. Nice work on Alex's emotions in the first chapter and in the second one, you got the anxiety across to the reader really well! Keep going!

As much as i was a fan of a&c i'm also a huge fan of n&t so can we have some of them getting together aswell.

I love endings where Claire lives! the show isn' the same anymore.

But all that aside, it's so sad. I didn't even watch the show, and I feel the angsty-ness. You write well - you can tell that by the fact that I don't watch this show, but still can manage to read the fic.
