It has all the elements that make up a good story, and it's very far removed from most LC/KT pairing stuff we usually see. It's very fluid and enjoyable, in other words, I LOVE IT! I sincerely hope you haven't given up on this and plan on doing something with it soon...please? I need my bad Kurtis fix ;)

Ellethiel 2006-08-20 ch 13, anon.	abuseI really like the ending, the last sentence, really seems to reveal a bit of Lara's weakness and more...and I like how this chapter really digs into the heart of matter, in different cases, but still related to Lara, like the part about saving the world only being a cover for an interest in self-preservation. And it's also neat, to me, that Lara attempts to dig into Kurtis' feelings by talking about his father and what kind of man he's become, but it's equally as interesting that he's able to make her feel very "shaken" and hurt too, by bringing up the issue of murder, how she's killed because she thought it was right. I dont think that the few other fanfics that brought up her killing people seemed to really go into that doing-things-because-one-thinks-it's-right. And then in a way this interaction of theirs still works on a deeper level for them, kind of that inability to give up the fight, no matter what, even though she admits that the only time they had been honest with one another was the previous night, they still kind of fought one another for dominance in that situation too. I like too that Lara's introspective in this one as well, and feels guilty about the Daniel mutilation. I think I forgot about that too, must have been that the Kurtis night was still so distracting. :) Very good writing style as always. I have really enjoyed reading your stories, or chapters, ever since Mysterious Ways. :) Love this update! woot! Can't wait for the next one, oh yeah, wanted to add, I like the choice of the goddess in this story, very neat that she's a goddess of war and pestilence but also can heal. cool. :)

Glad to see that ur still writing it and this chapter does not disapoint! ^^
