Reviews For: The Captain's Logbook
Chosen7 2007-08-15 . chapter 1
When I first read what the story would be about, it sounded a bit boring reading a logbook, without any Caroline interaction, but I after reading the reviews of some good fanfiction authors I thought it must be good. It was very good. I love the historical romance novels, that give you a real look into history. Since Edward Mulhare was Irish, was the delectable flavor of the cherry pie.

Wonderful story. I loved the series and the movie, it is so nice to find it again in your beautiful story.

I hope you will write more of them.

Bravo! That was wonderful!
I love the gift of the log book and pen - just perfect for the Captain!
Enjoyed the background on the celtic love knots and thought that they were very fitting for the Captain and Carolyn's relationship.
And the ending - just lovely. I'm so glad that you had Carolyn take the chance to reach out and touch the Captain - that whole scene was so satisfying! :-)
The whole story was just so well done. Thank you for such an enjoyable read. Please keep writing! (And perhaps you might consider writing a sequel?) ;-)

That was just beautiful. I loved the idea of the log, and the whole tradition of the love knots -- lovely, and so very fitting for these two . Great work, as usual, Susan!

Thanks for sharing!
