abuseVery nice. Also very sad, but nice. I think it's especially poignant that Nancy did indeed die in the Wishverse, like she predicted. This is a great POV piece featuring a one-shot character. Great job.

abuseWow. Great fic. The sad tone wasn't forced, but natural. The characters were easily believed in your Wishverse. The writing was perfect. Great job.

abuseA touching vignette into Wishverse. I loved the way you conveyed her sense of sadness & acceptance of their lives & her own inevitable death. Yet the touch of hope that comes from her talk with Giles about heaven and her quotes make this story come alive. Her voice rang true to what I'd expect from her age. The brief mentions/allusions to other characters was well done. A excellent job!

abuseWow. Annakovsky rides again. Wonderful look at the Wishverse and the White Hats.

Lovely characterisation of Giles and the others, and may I second the appreciation of the little Andrew, Oz and Larry moments which felt quite natural and not forced in any way.

abuseI really liked this. I loved the reference to Andrew. That really tied the fic and the alternate universe in "The Wish," with the real world of the Buffy characters. If that made any sense at all.
So overall, I loved it.

abuseAmazingly, this is the second Wishverse fic I've read tonight, and I now have an urge to go and watch 'The Wish.' However, back on topic, I liked this. You gave a great feeling of what life was like for the White Hats and the seemingly futile efforts of their lives. It was touching, and I liked that you wrote from Nancy's point of view. I'm not entirely sure why but I did. The conversation with Giles about heaven and whether it existed was a great example of the hope that still managed to shine through in such a bleak existence; that bit about Oz and his guitar was great.

It was a beautiful story. I really liked it.

abuseBeautiful, Annakovsky. There's such depth of feeling here--you can feel the despair of the Wishverse, but you can also feel the hope that it hasn't managed to extinguish.

abuseyou know, i don't know why i decided to read this. straight up angst is usually not my thing. but i'm glad i did. this was really well written. usually a fic like this is just someone's excuse to write about pain, for whatever reason. and the situation written is some extreme 'what if' circumstance. but this was good and it has its place. just thought i should tell you.

abuseInteresting interlude. I never thought much about her until this story, so if that was your intent, congratulations :-) You set a great tone of voice for Nancy.
