I think I know why WOlfwood couldn't heal Milly or Meryl! It's because Plants are what are spreading the desease, and Vash is a Plant, so Wolfwood couldn't heal them because Vash was too close! Right? Man, poor Tongari's just gonna die when they figure that out . . . But, it all makes sence. This ton isn't infected because their Plant is down, and aren't Plants man-made? 'Cause if they are, then that explains why they are out of the Creators sight; because He didn't create them! ^.^ And, if you've already made this perfectly clear and all, (which you have) and if all the readers are supposed to get it long ago, (are they? 'cause I figured it out a while back.) I'M NOT STUPID FOR SAYING IT THIS LATE! And I still say you owe us a lemon. I've just finished reading your previous 9 chapters ( all in one sitting ^^;) and I have to say that this is an amazing story that you've started. I love your idea; it's so very original and refreshing to read. Though I'm a Catholic myself (>__> w/ very strange tendencies), I will honestly tell you that "sacriligious" content in your story is kept to a minimum, which is always nice to see ^^ I really do love your writing and I hope you update w/ the next chapter soon!!

MetalKatt 2004-09-23 ch 10,	abuseI was so happy to see this chapter pop up in my inbox tonight. I just recently re-read this story, and I admit, it pulled a few tears. I live the way you're showing the conflict between what they should do and what they do--they say the road to Hell is paved with good intentions. Makes me wonder what kinds of bricks Knives is laying down. You have me on the edge of my figurative seat with this ending; I'm terribly worried about the state of Nick's eternal soul. I don't want him to end up damned, and I know Vash wouldn't, either. I'm half expecting Vash to pull away and refuse simply because he will not hurt anyone, or even let them hurt themselves. (You're such a good author that you're pulling me right into the story. Go, you!) Normally, I'd put in some sort of constructive criticism like "Check your mixed pairs; I found a few errors her and here," or "It might help if you finished out a paragraph before switching to the other man's thoughts," but I honestly cannot think of anything else that would improve this story, save for more of it. You even know how to correctly use a semicolon, and that's rare to find these days. ;-) I look forward to your future chapters, and hope your muse snuggles inside your head to stay in this and all your other creative endeavours. --Metalkatt
