What? I liked the beginning but it all went down hill from then. Please rewrite it since, you know Max wud neva leave. You've left me with a horrible feeling, must go and watch season 2 over and over again!

I'm not trying to discourage you by writing this, so please don't take it that way. If you enjoy writing, then you should by all means keep doing what you love. This is more a bit of constructive criticism. (I hope it doesn't come off as being harsh.)

First, I would recommend using spellcheck (the title of this fic is misspelled) and getting a beta-reader. (Nothing wrong with your story in itself, but sometimes a beta can help clear up complicated phrasing, awkward descriptions, etc.)

As for characterization, I don't really recognize the characters here as matching with their established personas.

I'm not saying that Logan is an angel because we all know that he can be a jackass when he wants to be, but we've never gotten any indication that he'd be playing around with the emotions of anyone like he is here with Max. He's risked his life for her on numerous occasions, and here we're left wondering why he even bothers to string her along. He seems to care so little for her. (This is REALLY not the guy who held her dead body and cried.)

Now Alec, we've seen him be that kind of an **. Remember The Berrisford Agenda? When he was cheating on Marina with Little Suki? (Or was it the other way around?) Alec doesn't always tend to think about anyone other than himself, and in that situation, he really didn't seem to care about either girls' feelings at all. He even told Max that he was more worried about the fact that "any kind of sex" would be "an impossibility" until he managed to find another girl. Sounds exactly like the way Logan is acting here. Now don't get me wrong. Alec can be a great and honorable guy, when the spirit so moves him, but he's not the type to defend the pride or the emotions of someone who's been cheated on (especially since he doesn't care about the emotions of those people HE has cheated on). He's said himself that he's not as "high minded" as Logan is.

Again, I'm not trying to complain about anything or anyone. I think it's great that you enjoy writing and that you want to share the neat little ideas that pop into your mind. I'm just trying to share my initial thoughts, since everyone else is too shy to. :)
