really great story you have here and not only this one, liked the others quite, too.
don't know if somebody already pointed out but in the second chapter is a little mistake. it starts with harry noticing, he's been inside for six years and eleven months and later in the chapter it is only five years since he's there.
but nevertheless I really really like your kind of writing and showing the characters

This is excellent so far. Your potrayal of Harry, seems to me, to be quite realistic even though, perhaps, the acquisition of his new powers whilst in Azkaban isn't so realistic. Anyway, that is crucial to the story, I think, so I won't nitpick anymore. I love the Animagi forms you've chosen for Harry, and as for Sean Cassidy teaching at Hogwarts, *slow grin*, well I can't wait to see how that's going to play out.

Y'know, I've learned that when you truly reach a point where you don't like someone or they have disappointed you beyond what you thought was possible (like betrayal of fundamental things), it's quite possible to dislike them so much, not quite hate, that you don't really think about them overly much.

Just enough for 'Yeah, I probably will never be friends with them. EVER.' After that, they just don't seem all that important.

I like how you've written Harry's thoughts and actions on such matters.

Hmm, I'm still not sure what to feel for this type of plot.

It usually goes like this; Harry gets accused of such and such. Naturally all the backwards-snivelling-sheep turn their backs. He gets sent to Azkaban and then he still ends up saving their asses and forgives them once they find he's innocent. -shudders disgustedly whilst trying not to gag-

That's why I'm cautious to this fic but I'm also very curious to see where you'll take it. I'm definitely going to give it a chance. Can't wait for more.
