It would require the penny to be accllerated 3x the speed of sound (I.E. Shooting it outta a shotgun) to kill someone. -random factiod for the day. However, Yukiko would hafta have one hell of an arm to launch it farther than the ledge 5 stories below the observation deck that's there to catch the stuff that people throw.
