Brava! This is a review for the whole story. I love this story! You've done a marvelous job of keeping the wizarding world as it should be, and you did so well in keeping Rita Skeeter in character that by the end of the story I was ready to wring her neck.(I have a tendancy to get mad at people that aren't actually there.) One of the things I love about this story is that it shows so much effort. You've clearly spent a lot of time on it, which adds a lot. Good job!

First, thank you for the explanation of where this story starts.

This is a good beginning. However I have a couple of nits to pick as well as a more serious problem. Ginny is a Weasley not a Wesley as you write at one point! (I hope I spelled the names right.) Also Ginny is a year behind Hermione and the others what is she doing here?
On a more serious note was Draco's spell just the explosion or was there more to it? Hopefully I'll figure it out in a later chapter.
