You're the author, after all. ^_^ Well, if you write it, I'll read it. There definitely is room for more - Sean's death was resolved rather suddenly, since the others haven't even found out about it yet. And there's still the matter of the shrines... But if you left it at this, I think I'd be satisfied. - I definitely liked Mia's defeat of Shalex - and how you stopped calling him that and reverted to 'Alex' after her realization that he wasn't invincible. - Well, whatever you decide to write... go out there and write it! ^_^

Midnight C 2004-08-18 ch 16,	abuseI'm so lazy. I read this a few days ago but I've neglected to review until now. Shame on me! But here's my two cents if you're still interested... Firstly, not long ago I went and re-read "Faces of War" and I must say that your writing has evolved a great deal since then. I'm somewhat atwitter at what you may have in store for us in the future, since it's clear that your already impressive fics are just going to keep getting better! ~_^ I really enjoyed this chapter, despite the evil-ness inherent with killing off another character and leaving the fates of everyone else unknown. It should come as no surprise that my favorite part was the Mia/Alex confrontation (glad she kicked his sorry butt!) and Isaac's temporary reappearance. [Gets starry-eyed at the Mudshipping then snaps back to reality] It was a particularly well-executed scene--very exciting and bittersweet all at once. Kudos! Ultimately, the choice is yours as to whether or not there's a sequel to this. However, since this wasn't a 100% solid conclusion (with Alex still alive and the heroes still in a foreign land), I'm thinking I need to prod you for more. Sure, I COULD go and imagine my own ending, but that's not nearly as much fun as finding out what demented, evil twists you could come up with! ^^ Whatever you decide, I only hope this isn't the last fic I see from you. Congrats on adding another notch to your writer's pencil and here's to your continued success! Crystal: And there's more Pixie Stix where that came from!

This is a whole new category of evil (or suicidal). Cliffies aside, the chapter was good in itself. And I did see a difference in the overall amount of detail! I know what you mean about being a dialogue-based writer--dialogue is probably the easiest part for me to write too. Practice with detailing work makes perfect, ne? ~_^ Hope you have fun with Crystal. Feel free to keep him for as long as you like...and update soon, darn you!
