Z 2006-08-08 ch 1, anon.	abuseWow... so beautifully written and created. I just so love your character portrayal of Ash, Eiji and Shorter. Just right and balanced in strengths and weaknesses. None one negative tone. I like the warm and relaxing atmosphere of laughter and happiness, even in the midst of danger and conflicts. It's that kind of attitude that they should better adopt, to keep themselves sane and alive in life. Like a protective cocoon against terrifying cruelty. I do wish for the cold and tough Ash and his strong and sweet Eiji to be together forever after having overcome some struggling doubts and insecurity. Thank you for this poignant chapter! =)

Definitely want to write BF fiction again. twitches Although it makes me nervous, considering how well you've accomplished it... but one must try! ^^ I loved this. It was sweet and light-hearted, just a glimpse of the good times those three had together. Great job portraying Shorter and Ash's friendship, as well as Eiji's character. Everything was awesome. I especially loved Ash's little jealous wondering about whether Eiji had a lover, and why exactly he cared. (Hee hee, I know why, A~sh!) Good stuff!
