OMG! I can't believe you ended the chapter like that!! Why would Bulma betray Vegeta like that? It doesn't sound like something she would do; she must be tricking Yamcha or something for payback, that has to be it! And of course she's pregnat with Vegeta's child and not Yamcha's right? It's good. Not the best B/V I've read, but a decent one. Can you try making the chapters a it longer? From what I've read in the summary, you could have probably put the first five chapters into 2, maybe even one.
