Yes, you have confused me. Greatly. So your job was completely. But this prologue was the best! This was like the first time I've been confused and was happy about it. Awesome work!!

Plain and simple, I really, really like this =). Funny I havn't stumbled upong it sooner seeing as it's been around for so long. I'd love to read more of it but alas I must be waken up at the ungodly hour of 5:45 am and it's already 2:30. Curse the time for going so fast. Anywho I can't wait for tomorrow so I can read more. I just wanted to say that I'm thrilled you updated this. I was worried that you never would! I'm really enjoying this story - totally captivating. Unusual too - in fact, at this point I really wonder just why your bothering wtih the Inu crew for this - it could be an awesome novel all its own. But that's why you're the author and I'm the reader, ne? I can't wait to see where this goes!

Your writing is so realistic. I can pactically live through the scenes as the characters do.Lots of details, adverbs and adjectives, but not so many that it slows the flow.

Very good job, though Sesshoumaru said in earlier chapters that he knew his mother and Naraku would have him and Kagura assassinated after the baby was born.

Such a great work on Kouga. poor boy, I could feel his worry and distress through the piece. One question, though, does everybody know that Rin is pregnant with sesshoumaru's child?

Poor Sango (lol!). And I love how you inserted Shippou into the plot - and Jaken, too! - I was wondering about them.

Wasn't Miroku's mother seven months dead only? I'm really liking this newest twist. Just as I never thought you'd pair Kagura and Kouga (and it's so strange to thik that she's four years older), I never really thought IY would escape with Kikyou, just after leaving Kagome with the doubt about the Gifted, too.

I must say, too, this is the first story where I don't really care what the final couple will be. Very good.

I must do a spin here and say 'wow, new spin!' Kagome going after Inuyasha, it should be fun.

I love this story, how it brings the situations from the anime into the story but still leaves others out (ex: Sess-Iy relationship). Inuyasha, fairytale version, I cannot wait to reach the last chapter... and then wait until you update it. *g*

Wow, this is a really good story. It has to be the best AU I've read so far. The only other similarily well-crafted AU coming to my mind is Saro's "Synthetic Emotions", but that one hasn't been updated in ages.

It's almost unbelievable how well you use the characters in your story. Practically every single one of them shares lots of traits with their counterparts from the manga. I especially like what you did with Kikyou & Inuyasha - like in the manga, they're both social outcasts that start to rely on each other.

What I found also very ingenious is that Kagome and Kikyou (well, her for the most part) grow up in the same place. If you think about it, Kagome and Kikyou grow up at the same *place* in both your story and the manga - but they live in two separate worlds nonetheless. I think this idea was what impressed me the most.

Anyway, those three are not the only ones characterized incredibly well. The same can be said about Sesshoumaru and Kagura, Kouga and Rin, or Miroku, Sango and Kohaku. I recognize every single one of them. Even Shippou, who only played a minor part until now, is what an adult version of the original Shippou could look like.

The other outstanding thing about this story is the ingenius plot. I couldn't predict what was going to happen and I liked the realistic and somewhat dark tone of your writing. There were parts that had me at the edge of my seat. I also like how the different sub-plots keep mingling with each other, creating many complex situations (I'm really looking forward to how you will resolve Miroku & Sango's situation).

Finally, I want to congratulate you for your villains. Both Naraku and his sister (what an OC...) are really evil (and oh so very twisted), but believably so. I'm curious to see more of the Shichinintai, too.

Well, I salute you for writing one of the best stories on I'm looking forward to more and hope you update soon!

I forgot to mention last time... Gifted is pretty much the same as being a miko/priest, right? So they have spiritual powers... And stupid me, the country being (at least based off) Japan was pretty obvious 'cause of the names... And oops, looks like I made a mistake with Hanami, the way you talked about her in the prologue, it made it sound like she was dead, which she is obviously not. And lemme guess... Her daughter is Sango? That would really not surprise me. Now, where does Inuyasha fit into all this? Hmm... I guess I'll find out soon, huh? Anyway, great job.
