I know it's been about 10 years... but chapter 4 please?

This story was too hard-emotionally-for me to read all the way through. But what I did read was brilliant. Magneto is a control freak, and you've explored the way he would react to losing control in a brillant and chilling way. Having his control being taken by a female and being forced to live in a female body and experience rape was another really clever idea.

Why didn't you finish? This story is beyond amazing! You should be an author. Or write for Marvel or something simalar. Please continue this! Please!

I actually read this story some time ago, but I happened upon it again today - and this time, I noticed that you've been updating recently. Now, I know this is going to sound self-serving and all, but I find this fic really interesting, and I hope you haven't abandoned it completely. If you've got the time, maybe send a little love this way? I mean, I'm a total Gambit fanatic, and this is one of the few times that I really -liked- a story where somebody else gets all the glory (or pain, in this case, but to me it's all one and the same). Your Magneto is fascinating, the writing's great, and I'd really like to know what happens next. Pretty please?

Add me to the list of people who want to see this one continued. I don't read a lot of stories that deal with the kind of ordeal Magneto underwent here (no, that's not a complaint; I did read the warnings), but I was intrigued by the prospect of seeing how someone so powerful deals with being powerless - and worse, a victim.

What you have done is a thorough, intricate, and utterly believable study of this complex character, using circumstances he'd never expected to experience (to some degree, experience AGAIN) to illuminate the kind of person ALL of his experience has made him. Fascinating stuff.

Is it right to call something dealing with such subjects wonderful, even if done magnificently?

Anyway, great story, horrifying villain and a wonderful Magneto.

It's been a while since I last read this and I thought I'd check up. I really do love this story and I hope you update it soon. You've got me on pins and needles for it. I do hope you haven't given up on it. It's a fantastic work and really Marvel ought to be paying you for this.

This is a stunning work. It's easily the best fan fiction I've ever read. I'll even go so far to say that it surprasses any of the professionally published works of the X-Men, up to and including the comics themselves. It's a pity you won't be paid for this. Magneto has never before been portrayed with such insight and clarity. I see this hasn't been updated in a while, and I implore you to continue this story.

I first read this story on your site, and fell in love with it, checking back periodically to see if it had been updated. Yes, the torture and rape scenes are extremely disturbing. Torture and rape are disturbing things, but I'm glad to see that you haven't been flammed for it. I'm also glad to see that there is a Magneto fic which focuses on more than just his incredible mutant powers. There is so much more to this character that is often overlooked by those are only in love with "the most powerful mutant on earth" - not that there's anything wrong with that. Magneto is powerful. But Magneto is also clever, resourceful, and above all, a survivor. This fic reminds us (and him) how he got to where he is now.

Darn good story. Can't wait to see how this one comes out.
