IndulgentWriter 2006-12-14 . chapter 1BEAUTIFUL STORY! So moving and passionate. I loved it! |
Izzychase 2005-12-09 . chapter 1Wow, Ludi. That story was amazing- it was complex and you captured the characters so well! There are never any right answers in such a complex situation like this. I love how you wrote the love triangle and didn't make the characters one-dimensional but fleshed out all their emotions, struggles, and hopes. Don't stop writing! :)

 jac_qui 2004-05-21 . chapter 1 that was a great story!
but remy and rogue should be together! |
Cranberry Jei 2004-03-03 . chapter 1I'm completely devistated for Gambit and more than a little dismayed with Rogue.
While I understand her growining close to Joe, it's still something that if I think about
I get creeped out.
Very well written and an entertaining read. |
Shawn Reed 2004-01-08 . chapter 1 Lord, what luck you always give me blessed luck to find your reply for me! That all my answers are contained in writing? I feel so much like him, right now. So what have I got to say? I really feel like that... so Ludi, you know your writing is tangible and believeable for at least me. |
recie 2003-11-19 . chapter 1Er. Maybe I should read these stories in the order they were posted, because the roster for the Seven is right up here. Although, does Redd have to be included in everything, and what could you possibly want with Havok? Wait, sorry, XM:Evolution factors are creeping into my reasoning. It's so much easier to keep that little universe straight, as opposed to the sprawling mess that is the comics.
Joseph is Chronotrigger? Clone-of-Magneto Joseph? All...right. This ending for R&R is set up to be no one's fault, and those are the most regrettable, I think. That they can't point at each other, can't give continuance to their passions through anger. Not that Remy doesn't give a right nice crack at it, only he goes against Joseph.. ::sighs::
Your Remy seems a bit more high-strung than what I usually think. Actually, he reminds me of AoA Remy, as opposed to 616 Remy. 616 Remy is bitter, and jaded, and hates himself too much to let himself to go after Rogue in such an extreme manner. But AoA Remy is like this - thinking that she couldn't possibly turn him down, laying out his cards before her answer is certain (I blame it on Sinister/the lack thereof in those respective realities.) You captured his anguish perfectly, but I don't think Remy would lose his head at someone like Joseph. Rogue, hopefully yes after all they've been through, but I don't think anyone else. Although it was needed, I suppose, for that goodbye scene. It's so sad to see them left with only the resignation and unsaid or stilted words you've left them with. |
timeends 2003-11-13 . chapter 1The story of Remy, Rogue and Joseph is very interesting but at the same time I loving and hating it at the same time. Loving it because of challenge and the depth of the story. Hating it because bad things always ended up on Remy. *Sigh* |
SLH 2003-11-12 . chapter 1Since Remy's my fav, Rogue's ** me off in this story. How long was Remy's gone for? If he was gone for a year then he should not be mad at Rogue for going on with her life, but if he was gone for like, two weeks...
I'm glad that Remy let her go, but from reading your other story, I'm guessing that he's going to get pulled back into her mess of a life and get hurt again :o(
Looking forward to the next part! |
Zeelee 2003-11-11 . chapter 1Beautiful, as always. You captured perfectly the problems that always keep Rogue and Remy apart.
But there are some things that I'd like to clear up. First of all, so 24 Hours happens AFTER Rogue Psychology? And you seemed to imply that he DOES go through with his wish to rape her. How could they possibly be friends, like you described them in 24 Hours, after that?!
I love your stories, but the fact that they all seem to be in the same continuity is very confusing. It would be awesome if you could post your story about what's actually going on in this 'verse, even if it is unfinished.
Oh, and I visited your website, and LOVE your artwork. :) |
Dark Elf3 2003-11-10 . chapter 1wonderful wonderful! bah...while I do want rogue and remy to get back together...I think crying (i.e. hurt ;)) is good for rogue. She has no idea what she gave up... I mean who in the right mind chooses joe o'er remy...allswell - you're the writer...hopefully though...you'll continue...and make this a ROMY piece! |
 Seven Sunningdale 2003-11-09 . chapter 1Hi~ it's me again~ =)
So~ is this another story? Or is it like a kinda back-up story to one of your other stories... like Rogue Psychology... (ie. one of the times Remy got dumped) and how is it that you named it "Rogue Psychology"? Does it have anything to do with the fact that Rogue studies psychology in London in "24 hours"? Or all these stories all pretty much unrelated?
*sigh*
Anyway, about this story, though. It was at once, very touching and horribly distasteful to me. The latter because I really hate Joseph! Though the Joseph that you write is a wallop more interesting than the one in the comics, but I still never liked the guy. Well, I just don't like the idea of the guy... what with him being some kinda youthful Magneto-incarnate. But mostly, I found it very very beautiful. My absolute favorite part was when Remy was fighting Joseph, and then you write:
“I do!” he suddenly cried, helpless. “I do love her!”
Every single morsel of this line gave me the shivers. The "I do!" part, the "suddenly", the "cried"... really liked the "helpless"... all in that order. It's so pleasing to read. And I believe it! I can totally see Remy saying that, you know?! Argh~! It makes me wanna cry.
And at the end I really wanted to smack Rogue upside the head. But anyway, can't wait to read more... whatever you write. =) |
Pookie Sanchez 2003-11-09 . chapter 1Terrific story. I am impressed by the way you handeled the love triangle. I can't wait to read more of your writing. |
Jean1 2003-11-09 . chapter 1 Interesting - if this is a precursor to Rogue Psycology then I understand why Gambit is so hurt. Rogue is cowardly and weak and unfeeling - her feelings when Gambit showed up are beyond shallow for someone I think we are suppose to think once loved him. . She falls for whoever helps her (as poor reason to fall for anyone and then wants it all) She can't make up her mind either. You've yet to make me like her, but it will be interesting to see if there is something more in her. Poor Gambit. |
Jukebox 2003-11-09 . chapter 1Wonderful! You really have a talent for writing! |
Randirogue 2003-11-09 . chapter 1Excellent story. Truly. I'm looking forward to just about anything else Rogue/Remy/Joseph related. These other things you make reference to, stories you've worked on, etc., if there's anyway to read them, I would love to. Also, if you ever start up an email update list for those who love your writing like I and many other authors at ff.net do, please place me on it (randirogue@aol.com). Like I said, you write wonderfully complicated and intense stories and I am quite eager to read more. |
