At receiving your answer to my review I went back and read your other Lord of the Rings story, you are truely talented, I never saw Gimli and Legolas in this light.

Excellent story. The sapling/rock comparison and the bit with Frodo and Sam were great. I also liked that Gimli and Legolas both heard the same voices, I think it's believable that they found some common ground because of that. I really don't know what else to say, but I loved it.

Very well written! I loved the imagery you showed with the voices in the tree and it was nice to see that companionship that has developed between the two characters and it's also nice to know that someone can respect the idea that, undoubtedly, they all would have a deeper kinship with one another while going through something like that. I enjoyed this. ^_~
