I just wanted to tell you how much I adored this story, and CAN as well. I remembered reading these before I was a member of , and I had to come back and tell you how much I enjoyed them. I really hope you get the chance to continue this one, it's excellent.

I do like your writing very much, very whole, beautiful in a light and dark way and can't wait for the next and the next. I love not only the narration, characterisation and original contextualizations (posh word eh?) etc, but the little things like: 'Sephiroth on a bad hair day was Sephiroth ready for epic battle'.

The only tiny tiniest niggle I have is the bold on words for accenting ...I find it annoying. I believe it's much better to use the traditional italics and not too often either. I don't know why it gets to me. Nothing else does!

So I just read this story...again. I keep coming back to it (and its prequel) as one of the FFVII greats. Please tell me you intend to finish it! Until then, I suppose I'll just have to keep my fingers crossed and an eye on my alerts.

I've just read CAN and absolutely adored it! And now, reading this the sequel, I adore the first installment even more! As well as obviously adoring this piece, too! I'm determined that now, I'm going to read the Scenic Route piece- just, please, update AYCK soon! Really soon! In some ways I'm grateful I've only just stumbled across this story, otherwise I would probably be half-mad from anticipation and frustration at the long breaks between updates! It's been nearly a year!

Do you have ANY idea how bloody long I've been looking for this blasted fic? Ages!! The last time I read this fic, it only had thirteen chapters. So.

I got caught up on the newest eight chapters, and I can't wait until the next chapter. Stuff is slowly starting to wind down, but I kind of don't want it to. However, its been a year since you last updated! Are you ever going to add a new chapter? I would love to see this story completed!

As always, I love the mysterious 'Jenova'-like growth in the refrigerator in chapter thirteen--that's one of the main things I remembered about this fic; the other thing I remembered was Sephiroth in the Reactor and Jenova trying to make Cloud into her son. Everything else I remembered was actually from CAN. Another thing I loved is the fact that you are incorporating Dirge aspects, such as Deepground and that they're actually getting along, which is quite different from what happened in the game. Probably because there's a distinct lack of Hojo and his granny laugh. The one thing I don't like about this fic is the distinct lack of Cait Sith, but I love the idea of Reeve using Cait as an escapism tool.

The big reveal of Cloud and Seph's relationship was awesome. I'm backing Cloud on the idea that Cid and Vincent are getting it on. But that was the bombshell moment, and then Seph manages to escape and leave everything else to Cloud. I especially enjoyed Barret's 'shut up, foo', I'm processing' look and Yuffie's sudden declaration. And the rumors surrounding Seph and Cloud! Those are pure gold--as well as the smooth spinning Seph and Colonel Andrews did after Cloud and Seph were found out during their 'roomie spat.'

I can only hope you add on a new chapter soon. It's been an unbelievably good trip so far!

Are you going to finish this one? if not you're leaving us at a very frustrating cliffy, i want more fan fic lol. i hope you continue writing this because its really good. i look forward to more chaps!(hopefully)

I read the whole thing my favorite part is when cloud told Tifa:

‘Cloud scowled and stepped away from her. He’d been all ready to cringe and beg forgiveness for not telling them, but he wasn’t about to take implications of inappropriate behavior lying down. Not to mention an insult! “Damn it, Tifa, you’re not my mother, not my girlfriend, and I don’t see a brand on my skin that says I’m your property. If I decide to see someone, it’s not your business. And furthermore, Sephiroth has proven he’s not working for Jenova anymore, so get off the old ‘we can’t trust that monster!’ refrain. It’s getting old. Oh, and, for the record, I really don’t like you calling my boyfriend ‘Jenova’s spawn.’ So don’t.”’

I really like this story, very well written. I found this chapter touched my heart bc of all the preperations for war and yet still with all of Jenova’s calamities crashing down on them soon they still find the time to joke around and find love a peace throughout it all.

I'm very glad to read that Vincent is all healed and that all of Jenova’s cells r gone from his body. Which I belive will be a blessing bc of Seph and Cloud having her cells in them. It seems to me that u have written it this way so that Vincent may save the day?! Well, we shall soon find out if this is what u have planned*wink*

I really enjoyed the part where u had Avalanche staring at Cloud and Seph and they kissed and they said their goodbyes. The whole team just WIGGED...LMAO Cid makes me laugh so much with his swearing...hahaha.

Anyway, I can't wait for the next chapter to come out hopefully we don't have to wait too long for the rest of the story.
