I've spent the better (and I really do mean the better) part of 4 days re-reading this fic and it's sequel...and I'm glad I did.

Occassionally I scroll down my favourites list and pick a fic to re-read...and I was shocked to discover how much I actually remembered about the two fics! Mainly Harry and the Weasley's family connection, the Quidditch League (although I couldn't originally remember their team name but I remembered that Draco designed the uniforms...), the optissop's (and I remembered that Sneezy wasn't who he seemed), Kibbles, the whole finale to this fic...

Wow! I thought the first story in this series was great, but this was just absolutely AWESOME! I loved the complexity of the plot! It was so multilayered that it kept me totally absorbed, and I couldn't wait to click into each chapter to see what happened next.

I know it's been 7 years since you finished this fanfic, but it has definitely stood the test of time!

I particularly liked the Judgment and the Final Battle between Harry and Voldemort. The use of Egyptian mythology in this story was a first for me in all the fanfics I've read. Thank you for your originality!

This is going on my re-read list and I'll be recommending it to my friends.

Brilliant. This and its prequel were very good and posessed a nice kind of dignity that most fanfics lack. Peter might just be my most favorite fanfic-invented character of all time. I kind of want to find a ghost brother-guardian now... sigh...

I spent every free moment of the last week or so reading both your stories and they're two of the best Harry Potter AU fanfics that I've ever read. I particularly like the way you describe Harry's relationship with Snape and Alrister is now my favourite OC ever. I really like his sense of humour. It is, of course, always nice to read fanfics with a good writing style and grammar because I'm learning the language now (I'm German) and it's sometimes hard to understand sentences that are grammatically incorrect. 10/10 :-)

I simply love this story, and its prequel. They're two of my all-time favourite Harry/Snape stories.

While rereading them the last few days, I was always on the look-out for more, more, more harry-snape scenes, and often skipped lines just to get to them faster.

Although, I think you did it perfectly (less is more :D).

I loved your characterizations; especially Snape, his secrets, his dialogues, his reactions.

I have to admit I didn't like the thought of Snape with a woman (or anyone, in this fic), and am glad he didn't end up with her :).

I also liked Kainda, (She fits well with Harry, and I can't stand Cho) and that she didn't take all of Harry's time, so he could spend more with Snape :D

I was wondering about Voldemort's Heart at the end; do you intend to write a sequel?

This just has to be one of the funniest things I've ever read, together with the conversation Harry's friends shared about killing Luna with a spoon. Dude, you've got a flair for comedy, I'll give you that.

I hope the rest of the story is just as funny and I'm hoping to see some fighting too. Maybe Harry won't be such a pussy when the next fight breaks out and, rather than lying down tied back to back with Severus, he will actually do SOMETHING. At the very least he could, I don't know...cheer his allies on? Maybe have him wearing a pink tu-tu or something. ANYTHING is better than being tied up.

best story i have read in quite a while. The Pheonix's Flight is also very good. I can't believe i never found this story before. Keep up the good work.

This is something like the 10th time I've read your two stories, and they are still as fantastic as ever. I'm constantly introducing new people to your stories, because I stil consider them better than JK's last two books... and I know how sacreligious that kind of statement can be! Anyway, you may not remember, but we had a conversation a few years ago about Snape when he ran off at the end of JK's book 6 - I'm so glad he turned out to be a good guy!

I do hope you consider writing some more stories, you are very talented. Emily

These stories are absolutely amazing! But I really don't see how Cornelius Fudge could replace Dumbledore, lol, just because of a suspicion of Snape! I don't buy Ivy's bribe, sorry.

I LOVE how you made Snape a vampire though: totally fits!
