I wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed this story. It was so cute, something kids would actually love to hear, and yet it kept me hanging on, too. I could picture him carrying the kittens in his shirt. I loved the line, "Breathing a sigh of relief at finally being the sole wearer of the shirt...". The whole premise of this story added a sweet dimension to the usually intimidating man we all love so much. I mean, really...the Captain? A cat-lover? Who would have thought it. It helps with our picture of the man to know he feels all life is precious. As usual, you did a great job.

This story is marvelous -- I love cats to begin with, and have no trouble picturing everything about your story and what our dear Captain has to deal with! You have me frantically watching all the the other GAMM episodes now -- looking for events in the Captain's life that he referred to, but gave do details about -- like him tearing up the tattoo parlor and rescuing the boy from the octopus -- Looking forward to another story soon! This one was top notch!

I adore this story Chantal. It's full of adventure and is thrilling and I can just see Captain Gregg going in after that kitten!
