| Destroyer of the Elves 2007-01-16 ch 7,  | abuseOh, man. These stories are great. It's about time someone took their egos down a few notches. But... a few things. Some are nitpicking, and some are real problems. Nitpicking first: Use italics. Even if your computer can't handle it, the editor on can. Don't just use asterisks. Now, the real problem: As much as I love these stories, you do have a big problem on your hands. Your characters are Mary Sues. Don't get me wrong, I know that this is a parody, but there is such thing as going too far. For example, fighting Aragorn in a dress while walking upstairs backwards and still beating him, while a funny image, is just not plausible. And domesticating a Warg isn't going to happen in the near future unless you have some very big doggie treats. So, in conclusion, tone down the Mary Sue-ness a bit, fix some grammar and punctuation errors, and you'll have one heck of a parody series! -Sincerely, Destroyer of the Elves |
