I really enjoyed this story, you managed to make the Malfoys human while staying true to their canon personalities. The Orion/Draco brotherly friendship was also extremely realistic and well-written. Judging from the lack of updates, it looks like the sequal will never be written, but you finished the first book splendidly, so I can always re-read that. I hope you don't mind if I thank you for the time and effort you put into this, it was a supremely enjoyable read.

So, great story first of all. Definitely more plausible than others with the same plot frame. However, I do have some issues with different aspects. I thought Orion's feelings and reactions to Lucius and the situation were rather inconsistent, and I also felt that he was very cold to Draco; I wish they were closer. And I wasn't sure if he was defending his Malfoy identity to Voldemort just to try and keep his heritage a secret or because of an actual change of heart, it seemed rather out of place. I wish Lucius had given some kind of hint in the infirmary as to whether he was upset about Orion defying Voldemort or not. And how come no one noticed that Orion's eyes were green?

Wow. That's all I can say.

This has been such a thrilling story, and usually I bookmark several and jump between them, but this story ... it just proves that it is a really good one, as I haven't been able to keep my eyes off the screen apart from meals and sleep!

I have read several stories, using the same context of Lucius raising Harry as Draco's brother, but none of them turned out like this! It is a very good change to see something other than Harry choosing Voldemort's side and becoming his heir.

I can't wait to read the second novel of the series. You have me waiting in great anticipation!

P.S. Don't be disheartened by not too many reviews. I just finished my first story, and I haven't even got 100 reviews for it. But I keep writing because I enjoy it and it is nice to get my own ideas down onto paper. And know that for someone/persons out there, even if they are a few, will really enjoy the story and appreciate you writing it.

I really liked this story. Was glad to hear there was to be a sequel. I saw at the end of the last chapter you said you had posted the first chapter of FH2 but I cant seem to find it anywhere? :(

Hey. I know you finished this a way long time ago, but I just thought I'd drop a review for the fun of it. I just finished reading this, and I really liked it. You developed the characters really well and made things believable. Orien clearly was Harry, but it was also clear the difference in him having been brought up in the Malfoy home. Also, it's believable that his presence would make Draco less of the horrible person he is in the real books :P I like how you took the events from the book but tweaked them so that they fit your story. It was really neat!

Overall I just liked this a lot. Definitely one of my favourite fanfics that I've read. :) :) :)

That was brilliant. Is this all pre book 5, or when did you write it? Good job!

Orion is very believable actually. This story is very fast-paced and I like that, how far into Hogwarts are you planning on writing this?
