I really like it and I'm going to draw a Doujinshi about your fanfiction, but I will chance the end so it becomes more a pairing doujinshi, so that it it clear that they are a couple. I hope you aren't angry about this |P

But i really love this fanfiction, it's so damn cute how Joey bring the cat in the Game Shop. You should write more about this pairing, because I believe that you are a good writer! At least I would be pleased if you write more :)

Hey, this is one of the better fan fictions I've read. I can only really think of three things. (Count yourself lucky; with a bad fic its not unusual for me to top twenty.)

1. because the shorter youth would look up to him no matter what.

I don't really think Yugi looks up to Jounouchi, per say. If anything, it's the other way around. A better way to phase the line would to have it be that he didn't show off because Yugi would be his friend no matter what.

2. The shorter youth felt Jounouchi reach up and ruffle his hair

That struck me as a very unJounouchiish thing to do. I know you were trying to lead into the shonen ai, but the line jarred me.

3. Anzu. Where is she? So far, the first chapters there with her simply not being there. But Yugi loves Anzu. If you want to do another pairing with Yugi, and want it to be good, you need to explain Anzu. More than bashing her or having her suddenly disappear or something like that. I'm talking about serious character exploration on all sides here. Yugi loves Anzu and is unlikely to let his eyes stray. And both Jounouchi and Anzu care deeply for their friends, and would be unwilling to let something come between them.

Okay, here's what I liked about the fan fiction.

1. The use of Japanese names.

2. The fluffy kitten who worked perfectly.

3. The use of Shizuka-chan to make the fluffiness believable.

4. The correct use of the honorifics.

5. The emotions conveyed.

6. The correct spelling and grammar.

7. The overall excellent capturing of characterization.

8. The naming of the cat something that was both Japanese and comon.
