Great story! The slight tsuzuki/Hisoka interaction is really cute, and put in a way that it could be interperted as freindship or shounen-ai. It also fit nicely as a sidestory for the shinegami.
I read your profile, and I have to say this: You're not an idiot. While in japan, I also got lost and was scared of trains for a while (at least until I learned to read the Japanese) and you should watch out for express trains. .
They look just like regular trains but only stop at certain stations (at least in Sendai @.@). Good Luck! and please keep writing YnM fics!
