A dark classic.

Wow. This was a GREAT and HORRIFYING retelling of my ALL-TIME FAVORITE FAIRY TALE! I LOVED it! Congratulations! In a way, I found it comical... because who sees a murderous Snow White every day?! I loved it! It reminded me of "The Tale-Tale Heart." This was amazing, I want you to do "Cinderella," and "Rapunzel" in this style! Keep writing!

i love it! at first i thought it would be almost exactly like the original, but it wasn't! good job at this, it's hard to write like edgar allen poe, he's a genius, and difficult to copy. anyways, you did this beautifully, keep it up! oh, i was thinking, maybe do sleeping beauty in this style?! because you could turn the evil fairy around, and make it really scary. maybe even rapunzel! anywho, great job, i loved it! oh, and i hope you'll come read my story on the evil stepmother!

Speaking as an Edgar Allan Poe influenced horror writer, you did a hell of a job writing this. I wrote a Sherlock Holmes story in a way if it would be written by H.P. Lovecraft, but this is one of those stories that was meant to be a horror story. Just something about it seems to work. Intellegently written and very grim. I will send you a link to some of my work via email if you are interested. I am an original horror author who cites both Poe and Lovecraft as an influence, and when I read this one -- I sensed the influence really strongly.

Don't apologize. You have nothing to apologize for. The reader knew what they were getting into when they read the summary. (Uh, hello? POE! I think that yells, "HORROR STORY" YOU IDIOT!)
This was a great fic because it's different from the other fics I've read. Besides, the origin of most fairy tales are weird and demonic.

Snow White is so phyco in this story, but it was well written and original. Write some more retellings please. and don't forget to read my stuff =D.
