Terra 2006-04-02 ch 1,	abuseI adore fanfiction that dares to push the limits and take a gutsy approach in portraying characters. I think writing this piece in first person was very gutsy, considering the main character's the brooding, stoic Heero. Casting Relena (as you described in the teaser) as not as innocent as she appears finally gives her some depth besides the "angelic protagonist" or "damsel-in-distress." My favorite fanfiction revolve around painting the leading ladies as sultry seductresses (or something to that effect) with wounds and motivations and not just pretty, one-dimensional flowers. I suppose I have to like them since I write most frequently about an atypical Relena. ^ _ ^ Props for taking the scenic route.
Miss Megaboo 2006-04-01 ch 1,	abuseI don't read alternate universes very often but this is great! This is on the same level (if not higher) than my favorite story "Missing By A Mile". I'm glad you've added other characters in this story, like Dorothy. I'm sure there will be some great plots! ((as always)) This was a very great chpater ((and long!)) But I like long chapters. I can't wait to see what happened to Heero in the past too. ((And Duo of course)) You've got me on the edge of my seat!

And I mean that to be one of the highest compliments. I’m not sure what insecurities you had about writing this style story, but you’re off to a suburb start! This piece feels very time period, with all of the characters fitting nicely into their appropriate places. I especially loved Dorothy’s description. This was a wonderful beginning! I look forward to your many updates.

I like how you're showing everything from Heero's point of view, and in a way that really does remind me of detective stories. His POV is cynical, but a lot more emotional than usual, which is nice. The description is fantastic, the whole thing is mind blowing. This shouldn't be just a fanfic. Wow. That's all I can say. Best fic I think I've ever read. -Wordy
