Heyla! I guess I missed an update sometime back whenever...

Anyhow, this stuff is great. I could see almost anyone get into a state of angst like Link has...I don't feel that 12 is too young at all for that kind of introspection. In fact, I'd find it more believable for someone younger to have that rough of a time.

So, I thought it was excellent. Your characterizations are very good and make the story very distinct. It's one thing to have a good plot (which you have) but it is another thing to have good characters acting on that plot. Cool.

Texas is too big for my comfort, and too hot... like where I live. (Oklahoma) Hate both places for their bad weather conditions.

I'm so sorry I didn't review any sooner... it's just that I had no laptop to review with. (On my other computer, it won't even let me on the web.) My dad took the laptop to work, so I was stuck with no reading and writing for a while.

Link suicidal? I don't think that's unnatural. It's actually very possible. I would want to go in that direction too if something was forced on me like that.

It's realistic, so keep writing and update or I shall actually hunt you down this time with D.F's help!

As for if this was too angsty... well you're kinda asking the wrong guy, but I think it was good, like you said, the fact that Link is just a child but has all this forced upon him is too much. the whole "Lens of Wisdom" bit was crazy, but in a good way. Keep up the awesome work man!

Seriously though, the idea of a realm of information, is kinda similar to what I was trying for in The Need 2 Speed... So a parallel world of minds isn't too complicated plus I look forward to any future "battle of the minds" you have in the future. Lastly (cus I'm know to really rant for long periods of time once i've gotten started...) I ironically think that either "Past" (as in long ago) or "Passed" (as in gone from this world) would work...

You are truly a great writer, and as long as you can realize this WITHOUT a head bigger than Texas, you've got it made. Keep up the fantastic work.

The spiders return! This was another great chapter and it was interesting. You don't need to worry about that. And, also, don't worry about the conversations. They're good the way they are and I don't think of them as being "boringly chit-chatty."

Heh... I guess you're right... but I found out that Ms. Meece told my mother I stuck that little paper in Ricky's locker! **! He clearly jumped me for that paper! Besides... how can I stick it in there if I don't even know where it's at? Plus... I wouldn't be able to shove anything in his locker since it's probably filled with ** magazines. (Damn perv... I HATE him!) but I'm in a MUCH better mood now! The guy I like sort of... never mind! That's personal! But he made me feel so much better!
And I wasn't kidding about the "Id on't sleep much" thing. But now I do since there's NO school! Yay!
But after reading the beginning of your chapter... I sort of went back to my normal feeble position on the floor when i see clowns or any kind of bug... or when I have a nervous breakdown like I did before. but! spiders! spiders! spiders! Creepy! Everything was great except for me screaming, "I HATE SPIDERS!" Scary things... *curls up into feeble position on the floor* Nasty icky creatures too... *shudders*
