Well, if I had as much talent as you do in your little finger, then I'd count myself lucky. ^_~ Loved the style in which you wrote this, and even though I thought I might find it confusing at times, it was actually very simple to understand. Perfect way for it to end as well - would have liked to have seen Will's reaction upon finding out though! ^_^ Write more for this fandom soon - you're superb at it.

O_O Ahem... my I apologize for my very long absence? I know I haven't reviewed in a million years, but my life has been insane. I am now making every attempt to catch up, so you'll probably getting quite a few reviews from me in the next couple days. And who knows? If my new comp likes me, maybe I'll get to update!
Anyway, POTC is my favorite movie at the moment! Jack and Will are awesome, and I LOVE them as a pairing... I mean come on, who really needs Elizabeth?
This little fic is quite interesting... not only do I love the style it's written in, the narration by Will's father is excellent. I've always wondered where he was during all this, because he was cursed as the others were by taking the gold. And you even mentioned him losing his sword at the bottom of the sea... hehehe, nice reference.
Jack and Bootstrap, best friends? Well, it makes sense. That would explain why the crew got rid of him as well, and why Jack was willing to help Will when he realized who he was. Ties together very nicely.
Jack likes Will? Aw! I also love how you used some of the phrases straight out of the movie, or switched them to match the situation. Now all we need is to get Jack singing again.
Can't wait to read more!

Ah, I am one of your faithful anime readers and I don't normally do slash, slight slash though, is fine. You do beautifully in and out of the anime arena. This is fantastic, doing justice to PoTC fiction. A little confusing at times, but, overall, a fantastic story. Yo ho, indeed!
