abuseAw...What a sweet way to end, tying it all together like that. I'm really glad you wrote this, so many just leave a story off with the idea of happily ever after as soon as the confessions of love take place, but there's more to it than that. I really enjoyed reading this sequel, in a way I prefer it to the first story, it's more original and unique in its premise. Both are great, but this is the one I really loved reading. I'm almost hesitant to read the third installment, just because I liked this ending so much! But I felt that at the end of the last story, and look where I am now!
Very nice job, you've got something truly special here.

abuseI truly appreciate all the visual details you give in this chapter. A wedding is such a special thing in a girl's life, and the dress is one of the most important parts, I wanted to know what she looked like in elaborate detail for once, and you provided it. Now I can't wait to see what Inuyasha thinks of it!

abuseI like the idea of the little dog, it's so significant in its simplicity and sincerity. She wants to be with him, to have him be with her, for him to love her unconditionally as she does him. It's great how you can express that with something as cute and innocent as a stuffed animal. Poor Inuyasha though, I bet he'll be terrified of Mrs.Higurashi for quite a while yet. Nice build up to the big day though!

abuseWow...Mrs.Higurashi certainly did the thing properly, didn't she? You pulled off a drunk Kagome fairly well though, but Inuyasha remaining lucid throughout (and his reactions to her antics) were by far the best part. Poor guy, probably didn't have a clue what to do about it. If she hadn't fallen asleep when she had...

abuseI love the irony of her staying in the tree while he's gone, so similar to the way he'd stay in it in his time, often when she was gone. There really is something about that tree, isn't there? Her little confession about her loss of sleep was entertaining as well, and you did a nice job with the dialog in general of the last scene.

abuseAw...Very sweet fluff. A nice bit of reprieve after the trial, and before the real insanity of the wedding kicks in. I've noticed the Beauty and The Beast parallel too, I always found it rather intriguing to be honest. The song never hit me though, it seems you put more thought into the comparison than I did. Nice idea to add the line, it makes the little excursion all that more significant, and keeps it from getting, well, dull, with so little else happening.

abuseHehehehe! That was great, you built up the pressure well for the climax, and what a thrilling climax it was! I hadn't expected Mr.Cromwell to act that way at all, and I certainly hadn't foreseen Ted Wilkins' dive off the deep end, although I should have really. The entire thing was so exciting and thought provoking, I hadn't a clue what would happen from one second to the next, but I loved speculating, and I could hardly tear myself away when it ended. Sesshomaru's laugh was the icing to the cake, it really was. Great job with this.

abuseVery good job with Kagome's testimony. I expected her to have some serious issues with it, but you got her back on her feet again in a realistic and touching way. Thank God for Inuyasha.

abuseShort, simple, to the point. It was tense, concise, and very significant. Good job getting so much out of so little.

abusehehehehe Souta's reaction is too perfect. It keeps everything from being to mushy, and makes it all the more delightful, reminding the reader that this is not some ridiculous fairy tale, that such love is possible in the real world-because no fairy tale would have a disgusted little brother to try and spoil the mood. You might not have though much of it at the time, but it was a masterful addition in my opinion.

ch 13,
abuseHehehe...Very fun to throw some fluff in. I especially liked the dialog in the beginning with all of the guys in the room below while the girls got ready. It was just so...I don't even know, but it made me laugh. A lot. Fun chap, good break from the tension of the courtroom.

ch 12,
abuseNice balance of good and bad in here. The talent of the defense and Kagome's obviously stressed state are enough to keep the fears alive, the tension high, but the bits of good intertwined keep the chapter from being too tense, devoid of hope, etc. Mrs. Higurashi's testimony was also quite amusing-she played the role of considerate protective mother to a tee-not that she's acting, mind you. You caught her character very well in this.

abuseVery well done. My heart was pounding throughout, I was so nervous about every little thing. You're handling the court proceedings well, and Kagome's reactions to them. I'm totally hooked now, good job making the story such a thriller.

abuseNothing like a pillow fight to relieve some of the tension. And I might be completely off-base with this, but I think Kagome's pregnant-how else do you explain such crazy mood-swings? It has to be the hormones kicking in. She dealt with tons of stress between her school and Naraku and Kikyou before, but it never got as bad as all this-there's got to be something else. Might just be me and my wishful thinking, but that's my impression. Nice resolution to their fight though.
