Wow, that's just... wow. I didn't read all of it, like the little details in between, but I read enough to understand what was going on and it's just awesome.

There's alot of fics about Kai being injured during the BEGA match and I usually don't like them all that much, but this was just great. Kai dying doesn't usually bother me much, either, though it somehow did. I think it's because it made Tyson so... I don't know, but something about the way you wrote it just made it that much more... emotional - er - sure.

Another thing that was pretty awesome was the fact that it was sort of misleading. What I mean is that it totally goes beyond what you'd expect. At first when I was reading the title I thought 'Oh, so Kai and Tyson die in some sort of accident; sounds interesting' and then after reading a little more in it changed to 'Oh, so Kai dies from the BEGA match and Tyson commits suicide after' and then it got to 'Wait, what? He's pulling the plug? Oh, so this means...' and it was like 'Crap, now he's going to kill himse- wait, no... Yay!' and yeah.

It was a perfect ending. Though, I think Tyson'd get arrested for killing Brooklyn, but it'd be worth it. And he gets over Kai's state of being - and death - so it's all kind of... yeah. It's nice to know that Drazer was still kicking around so I'm guessing Tyson'd hold on to it. Though, it still kind of bugs me how the love's only onesided apparently, but whatever.

So, yeah. I think that's one of the best fics I've ever read. Well done.

woah. a really good dark fic. hard to explain, just left me with that dark feeling inside. so sad yet so happy he finally got what he deserved.

Tyson seemed so torn up inside after Kai. Kai just seems so helpless and hopeless.

So sad! I was crying so early on in it... Still am (-wipes eyes-) I'm glad Tyson helped Kai to rest in peace. I think people who are kept alive like that, with no hope of being who they used to be, being paralised, brain-dead, or in pain, they should be left go. It's not fair. Nature has ment for the person to go, but machines are holding them back from peace...

But still, this really is an incredible piece of work. It's so painful and heart breaking and intense. The sense of loss and grief and suffering is portrayed perfectly and the way Takao *knows* that Kai would have never wanted to be reduced to such a sorry state just shows the depth of understanding and caring between them.

A beautiful and sensitive 'what if' fic, and so unbelievably sad.

Tyson murdered Brooklyn? Wow. Definitely didn't see Tyson as the kind of person who would kill someone. But really good, very emotive. I almost cried. Keep up the good work, and thanks for the C2 entry!
