LesMisLoony 2007-10-05 . chapter 1The strangest... and yet most awesome... pairing I've ever seen. And I say that having read a pretty good Cosette/Javert the other day.
Um, yes, this review is desperately late, but, after several years, let it be known that your fic is being read and enjoyed--very much. |
Janice 2003-12-16 . chapter 1 No one else can do m/m slash as deliciously as you, my dear!
I really don't remember anything about Les miserables (been more years than I care to tell since I read it), so of course i didn't realize until the end that one is an officer and one is a thief--but that's my fault my dear. and it doesn't prevent me from appreciating the humor and sexiness of the piece, as well as the subtle details that ground it firmly in it's place and time (without being tedious about it, either--you have a real gift for that.)
"produced a comb seemingly out of mid-air" -- felt oddly unsatisfying; I would have preferred him pulling it off the wash stand or night stand, or pulling it from his pocket (they had all sorts of cunning little portable combs back then, such as ones that were attached to one's razor, etc.) this would be another opportunity to weave in a small detail that evokes the period. |
La Pamplemousse 2003-12-15 . chapter 1Well, I haven't read a fic about darling Theodule in a while... mh... Theodule... *stares off into space*
Whaa? Oh, wonderful fic! I liked! SLASH RULES! |
