this is the best JoA fanfic i've read! i love it! ^_^ i like the way you explain increasing affections for adam and how frustrated she has become from it. sigh...it's beautiful. oh, i also love that small mention of how adam sometimes plays with the end of joan's scarf. that was cute :)

Oh, WOW. How did I miss this fic? Seriously... because I thought I'd read all the good JoA fics, and apparently I missed the best one of all. I was on edge this entire fic. I don't know how you DO it... write Joan's thoughts so perfectly in character, so amazingly like I thought they'd be as easily as... breathing. Just... wow. WOW. Sequelage? *puppy eyes*

This was a beautiful story, which helped reveal more of each character's inside feelings. This one chapter works well as a stand alone. I don't think it needs any more chapters.

That was perfect! A lovely little story about two of my favorite characters! I felt that your characters were written like they would be on the TV show if this had been on the TV. Awesome job!!
