I think this is a good story as it kind of talks about what could have happened between Scream 2 and 3. I had a few questions about the status of their friendship and found it quite shocking that Cotton was suddenly so close to Sidney but this makes sense so I'm going with this idea.

I'm guessing that the ending of the story is the beginning of the third movie. )

It's a good story, but you might wanna re-check your spelling and grammar a little bit, other than that, it's a really sweet piece. Well done! _

Hey. Yeah I know the ending. Cotton's driving in the car and the killer calls him to tell him what is going on, and Cotton gets over there and they both decease

Aw...this is sweet and sad. Sad because I know who's on that phone :P And sweet seeing Syd and Cotton interact like that. I love Liev Schriber so I really liked the Cotton character in those movies. It would have been fun, wouldn't it, if he and Syd had ended up together and he'd been alright? (sigh) I don't usually read this fandom, but I was reading your other work so I thought "what the hell?" :D It was really good.
