Evilgrinch 2003-12-29 ch 1,	abuseUnbelievable. I drop in to see if chapter 8 of ‘Tom Riddle’ has been posted yet and come across a new story……...something I have not encountered before. A story so terrifying that I literally broke down in astonishment and was reduced to staring at the computer screen in a mixture of shock and confusion. My day started pretty well. Peter Pan was fun. I watched Kill Bill in the afternoon, did a little Psychology revision, watched some movie trailers…….…but then everything is screwed up when I stumbled upon ‘Rings and things and fine array’. This story honestly terrified me more then any film, fan-fiction, book or television programme I have ever seen or read in my life. The Harry Potter books will never be the same now I have witnessed the horrifying, disturbing, sickening craziness of MAD GAY SIRIUS BLACK AND REMUS LUPIN. It started well. I liked the fact it was mostly from James perspective. Then these lines came along… "Awh Siri, I really liked your pink hair," Remus teased, laughing.” “No, my favourite was the red eyeliner,” James added, laughing. “And the spikes, you forgot the spikes.” Some sort of Remus/Sirius relationship I guess could be predicted….but the addition of this line adds a thoroughly shocking and unpleasantly explicit homosexual love-triangle subtext to the story. All the story needed at this stage was for Peter to wonder in dressed as a woman, and you would have an unpleasantly explicit homosexual love-square. “Sirius started to crawl forward, smirking slightly but Remus tightened his grasp around his boyfriend. “Oh no you don’t.” Poor, poor Thewlis…poor, poor Gary Oldman. What ever did they do to deserve this! They have become the fan-fiction equivalent of Elton John and George Michael. At this stage I was almost expecting Sirius to start applying lipstick as Remus went shoe and furniture shopping. “Get off!” Remus protested, laughing as Sirius proceeded to alternately kiss and tickle him. “Sirius! Sirius… no, get off.” Sirius’ lips caught his own and Remus stopped complaining for a while. James gave a loud, fake cough and they moved apart, Remus looking decidedly guilty; Sirius looking decidedly amused.” Remus should be bloody guilty….that sort of behaviour has no place in a PG rated story. What if kids read it! You would morally corrupt them! They would question why nice Professor.Lupin has become a raging ** with escaped convict Sirius Black. “An excellent idea,” Remus grinned back. “Sirius Black if you don’t get over here in about ten seconds I will reconsider living with you forever and will instead be eloping with Miss Evans before the end of this month.” If I knew what ‘eloping’ meant, I am confident I would be angry about this line. -David Ps – Write more Tom Riddle…..now!

Kyrissaean 2003-12-22 ch 1,	abuseu so much i dont know where to start. what was teh ring depicting? u cant just stop it there! mentally scarred - good line! sounds good to me i dont think you have spelt 'babuls' right somehow unless that is how its spelt and im wrong. but look at it! looks stupid! never forgets to wear a vest? always good at writing songs katy :) got you something else - ah the connotations! frosties, scratches. shudder nice banter - friendly banter, always the best loved it love fluff can u find the almost quote i mentioned? i expect u cant, tis just me and my weirdness. u what else can i say? yay go story!

Sorry, but R/S (surprise surprise) is my favorite Harry Potter couple. ^_^ I enjoyed reading your story, it's really adorable. Write some more stories and I'll definitely read them. Keep writing. LudicrousConclusions 2003-12-21 ch 1,	abuseI love this story- a slice of happy lives, mildly (but well) plotted with lots of humor & love. The opening is great & IC for a teenage boy/bunch of teenagers. From James not wanting to wake up to the sincere (read: imperfect) suprise party, it was both entertaining and believable. That's a hard balance to achieve, so good work! Sirius' final gift was perfect, in that it was sweet but not mushy, and not too public. I'd classify this story as James & Sirius friendship first, James/Lily third and Sirius/Remus last. However, I'm glad you classified it as you did, because otherwise I wouldn't have found it. It would be wonderful to see a sequel dealing with James & Lily actually getting/being engaged. hint, hint :-) A (Belated) Happy Birthday to you! I hope it was pleasant.
Fantome 2003-12-21 ch 1,	abuseHappy Birthday! Hope you had a great day. Very funny story with great teasing and camaraderie. I especially loved the way you presented Remus's sense of humor with cuddling Sirius to dump a snowball down his shirt and the glass cube joke. I really liked Sirius getting Lily's ring for James since they were such good friends. Lots of cute ideas like the singing door also recording Remus teasing Sirius about his singing and both couples (well, not Lily) making faces about them kissing. Great job!
