Great story! I recently go addicted to RFR, and when I found out that one of my favourite Tamora Pierce fanfiction authors also wrote RFR, I was so happy! ^^ Keep on writing!

Found you here through an LJ comm for RFR fanfics and I must say that this is by far one of the best RFR fanfics I've ever read. I loved every bit of it. I'm a big L/T shipper and this was just fantastic. I hope you write more L/T because your writing is quite amazing.

One of the best RFR stories that I've read. I feel like you've captured the spirits of each of the characters and brought me into their world. I'm tired of reading stories with little thought about the characters, and how they would actually act in different situations. Thank you, you've made my day. =)

It doesn't seem that any reviews of this story may have done much good, so I hope to in their place.
First of all, I need to say that from episode 1 I was a diehard Ray/Lily shipper. And I still like R/L but...I've gotten kind of soft toward T/L. So I was bored and had been wondering, y'know, maybe there is some T/L stuff out there that could persuade me? And I certainly came to the right fic. I haven't completely jumped ship, at the moment, but I've certainly been persuaded to. This fic is GREAT, no matter what others say about characterization. I thought Travis was perfectly in character, as was Lily.
And if this is your first RFR fic, then I bow deeply to your greatness. I've written 2 RFR fics and both of them are terrible compared to this. Congratulations on a great story.
This line may have been my favorite, just because it reminds me of a part of Travis that I have fallen in love with:
He lifted up what he had in his hand before stating with a bit of dry humor, "A little bit of Phoradendron flavescens never killed the Christmas spirit, right?"
