Ahh, what a beautiful story! ^_^ I love the Guy/Priscilla pairing, and this is the first story with a wonderful, PLATONIC Matthew/Guy relationship I've seen in quite a while! I enjoyed it very much! Thank you so much for writing it!

I got tipped to read your story by a fellow fanfic author and I was SO glad I did! It was great! Thank you so much for writing it! I haven't read such a sweet fanfic in a long time! Wonderful!

Wow, I loved that, so cool... It really showed the near brother-ness of Matthew and Guy, the constant teasing, the way they looked out for each other in a distant sort of way. But um... I think you could have shown Guys social kluzyness a good reference for this is Guy/Louise C support conversation, the way he really figets alot. But a very good story! (Goes to put it in his favorite storys list)

My first reaction to this fic was "Lucius chuckling? I can't imagine Lucius chuckling. But for some reason, I can imagine him giggling." I have no idea why, either.

But eh, even though this was a pretty good fic so far overall, I have to make a few comments.

1) There's only a subtle difference between their speaking styles. In my mind, Lucius should have a more gentle style of speech, Sain's should be more dramatic, and Guy's should be more awkward.

2) Characterization of Guy in general. Upon reading his supports, you'll find out he's actually a clumsy type of person.

That's all. Otherwise, it's really quite good. ^_^ I'll go read the rest!

I saw this back when you posted it to fe_fiction on LJ, but at the time I hadn't been playing FE7 much, so I held off on reading it, and only recently remembered that I'd been meaning to take a look...
This is WONDERFUL. I've seen precious few writers in the fandom who can keep Matthew so well in character; you've preserved everything that makes him my favorite in the first place (his sparkling wit tends to drop off the face of the earth in most fics I've read). You especially handled the Leila scene well; it's tough to make that kind of grief believable, but you did a great job of pulling it off here.
And incidentally, I love what you've done with Hector (who happens to be my other favorite). The mental image of him taking near-sadistic pleasure in rattling the oversleepers every morning is simply priceless.
Great story, and I do hope to see more in the future! =)

I really, really enjoyed this story. Lots of action and lots of fun! Guy is my favourite character and he plays a great role in your story.

Fantastic. Absolutely fantastic. I'm going to try not to be one of those people who just gushes and says nothing useful, but no one's perfect.
Matthew and Guy certainly have some of the most background history in the game that's not often touched on, and you've done a great job expanding on what does get mentioned. Matthew's one of my favourites, and I also thought that the chapter with Leila was strong in character, while remaining perfectly true to the game characters.
Not that the game characters have all that much personality, though, but Matthew's got more than most. Possibly that's why I like him.
Can't say I care for Guy/Priscilla stuff, but I try not to let that get in the way of appreciation, and the ending was great. Like everything else. Now to see if I can make mine that good. You read better than some published authors. Honestly.
