teachergirl 2008-08-02 . chapter 33Well, I liked part I, but I wasn't fond of part II at all. I'm not really a vampire/werewolf story kind of person. I didn't realize that the "light army" you put in your summary was all werewolves and vampires. It would have been nice to have known that so that I wouldn't have invested my time. |
Christina E. Lupin 2006-04-21 . chapter 29okay... I can help you a little with your Latin. Besides, I am in Latin 2, so I may not know a lot, but yeah...
Um, verbs usually go last in a Latin sentence. And when using words like "ego", "tu" and such, you don't have to have them in there. As long as you know what tense and the, um, person is, then your fine. For example, let's take the sentence, I love you.
It translates to:
ego te amo
But you don't need to use the ego, because ego is already in the amo. Amo means I Love. In a Latin dictionary, amo would turn up like this: amo, amare, amavi. Amo is the I Love, amare is To Love, and amavi is the past tense.
Does that help a little? Also, use a real Latin dictionary. I heard that the online stuff is horrible if you actually type phrases in. Make sure you know a rough idea of the conjugations.
Sincerely,
ChristinaLupin01442 |
