Deep, dark, and left me truely shaken, which- being the experienced man that I am- that isn't an easy thing to do.
The sheer brilliance of this work isn't in how well the characters are captured, or how very many different directions the story can be taken, but in that it ends where it ends. We're treated to great story telling, and we're left with our own ideas of how things turn out.
You know, that mirror shard Starfire held reminded me of something. In Eastern religions, I've heard that when one dies, they go to Hell and are judged based on the reflection in the mirror of Hell: A mirror that shows one's true self. But of course, the truth is rarely something so simple and clear cut. If you were to look into the abyss, would you only see one pair of eyes staring back up at you?

good story, and very well written. you're right, the ending is a little strange, but it does conclude itself even though we don't know what happens. does that make sense? i dunno. keep writing! :)

This is truely a great Fanfiction.Normally I don't read fics about Star but this a wonderful exeption.Yea,it is hard writing about Raven with out going to dark...hence my raven fic which i went dark in.This is the best TT fic I've read.Keep it up.

Wow... I mean, just...wow! I really can't say too much more. Dark, semi-sick, twisted... I loved it. And I think it was good that you put it in Raven's POV. Somehow it makes everything... fit, I guess. Great job!

Most intriguing and deliciously dark, which is odd coming from me because my personality is more like that of Starfire (but I do like Raven too! But on personal: Blackfire is my all time fav.) It is good to see someone take a deeper outlook on an otherwise "kid" show. I do hope that you continue this work!
