About James, he was a seeker. It said that in the 1st movie when Hermione was showing Harry the Seeker plaque from his dad after harry made the quidditch team.

I know this story is over but I just have to say there isn't a better fiction j.k.rowling couple in the world than harry james and ginny weasley.

harry and ginny are the only true pairing. that's all that needs to be said.

Man... I started this yesterday morning, and I read it all day. I just got home from school less than an hour ago and went STRAIGHT to the computer so I could finish this!

I've been hooked since the moment I started. This was an amazing story and it worked so well. I loved it and I can't wait to start on the sequel!

aw...i had a lump in my throat when i read the part about sirius. do you know of any stories where it digressed from the ministry/vision thing, and harry called sirius on the mirror? i would love to read one of those...your story seems great, by the way. harry seems a little over the top, but i suppose you could just account that for the greif he is feeling, huh?

Excellent story. and just for the record and to pooh, pooh, Thestral...Harry and Ginny forever. Harry and Hermione is almost incestuous. Harry would strangle her in 5 minutes. I'm surprised he hasn't anyway with her harping onto him about Dobby and the Dursleys and just about everything else when he was half dead with exhaustion.

And Hermione's internal monologue about how she should have known Diana Trent was Narcissa Malfoy just made me choke. She thinks she is better that Dumbledore and McGonagall and Snape and Remus too does she? seems so. I love her for her devotion to her friends, but she drives me insane with her superior attitude...I am brainier than you lot therefore I AM ALWAYS RIGHT! And I too hated how the movies really made it all about Hermione. How expositions that in the books were made by HArry or someone else always ended up coming from Hermione in the movies. End of rant.

Thank you for the entertainment. Onto the sequel.

excellent chapter. I was so worried that Bill or one of the other weasleys might die. Thank you for not doing that. Poor Jonathon though. And poor Harry. As he sees it, another death to add to the list of people who have died for him. *sigh*

One question though, where did Ron get the wand? Oh, and yeah, I take it that Sev survived?

I agree with you about there being to much Hermione in all the movies. Although I have to say, HBP, which has been out for about 3 weeks, is not so blatantly Hermione. Ron actually gets a look in.

I am so glad that Ron took Hermione to task about her claim that Harry had a saving people thing. She seems entirely emotionless unles she has her head stuck in a book. Not everything is cut and dried. It looks as if it will be Harry's emotions that will save the day, and yet Hermione seems entirely bereft of them. I too like Hermione but no other character can irritate me as quickly, not even Malfoy. Lets see what Ron's abduction will do to her. I do not delud myself that Harry's will worry her overly much except in that her research will be rendered unnecessary and if HArry dies, he won't be able to defeat the DL

Great chapter. Loved reading about Harry's bum. I'm sure it is very cute. Not even close with Ginny's birthday...August 11th. Oh well. Closer to the twinns...April 1st.

This confused me a little...'Ron was still looking slightly dazed and Harry wondered how long he'd been awake. He must have been sleeping pretty soundly for he'd never heard Ron get up.' I thought Harry went to sleep in Hermione's bed in Her and Ginny's room.

'Ron's voice had a desperate quality to it and his panic was palatable.'And here, 'palatable' should have been 'palpable'. Palatable basically means to taste nice. Palpable means able to be felt.
