I thought you wrote Mireille/Kirika admitting feelings for the first time very believably. I like the plot device of Mireille going on a date with some man. I found Kirika throwing the chocolates around the room childish, but then, Kirika is likely to be childish. So it works.

You know, sometimes keeping everything to yourself in fear to make a mistake can be regretted if everything fall to pieces. Kirika was afraid of being incapable to love someone, but as Mireille said to her, she already knew how to with those timid feelings inside her heart from her partner. What a wonderful Valentine’s Day present that know the person you love return your feelings.

Assassins, despite everything, are humans too.
