This was fantastic. Yes, I got teary-eyed many, many times. Thanks for a wonderful, heartwrenching fanfic. Thanks for creating such believable child, teen, and adult portraits of Remus. I'll be reading this one again.

Another wonderful chappie! I love the way they seem to be close, but not close, if you know what I mean. They have a relationship still, even though they haven't talked that much in the last few years. Still have that familiarity with one another. Brilliant. But oh, so complicated!

Well, this is looking like a wonderful fic! Well written. You can really tell that Remus is a young child by the narrative style you use here. And so sad. I always imagined that the werewolf that bit him was rather anonymous. Cool twist!

Well, I've been reading this on Sugarquill (sorry I didn't review, I don't usually review on Sugarquill), so thus I was surprise not only to see it on this site but also that there was another chapter. I had thought the last chapter was the end, but I understand why you added the epilogue. It was a worthy addition.
