I like the idea you have for this story, but I think you might want to back up a little and go into some detail about the similar dreams that Ranma and Ryoga had or have them tell someone what happened in their dreams. Also, give us a little background on the relationship between Ranma and his 'Suna-chan' (I'm assuming to mean Setsuna). I hope these comments will be of some help to you. I really hope you continue this story, and I look forward to reading more!

The basic idea is so, so.
The execution is iffy. This is mainly because your grammer is in desperate need of work.
You used a lot of words in the wrong spots, or in the wrong ways.
The execution seems to indicate that English is not your primary language. If this is true, get someone who's a lot better at it to proof read for you.

Not bad. Especially for your first fic. A lot better than my first, I can tell you that much. I did see a few problems though.
1. The whole song and dance routine at the beginning would be better off being removed.
2. I'm pretty sure Ryoga's name means "Good Fang" but I could be wrong.
3. A few grammar mistakes, but nothing too horrifying.
Another than that, good job. Keep it up.
