I liked that. It even rymed! My poems never rymed and I think it's great people can. That is definately Jack I think. Thanks for not having anything about rum in it. Yeah, he likes it, but he's not obsessed with it (in my opinion)

That was a really, really great poem. I have one criticism, though--yes, it could apply to Jack, but it strikes me more as a representation of the thoughts of any old sailor or pirate...not necessarily him. That doesn't mean I don't like it, though, cause I really do! 'Specially the last verse...I would put it into one of my own stories if it wasn't yours. :-)
