menolly1019 2007-08-07 ch 1,	abuseHuh, you gave me a good perspective on the whole Sasuke avenger thing. I never could believe that he could give it up before, even for love. If you look at it from the anger angle it wouldn't happen. But if you see the pain and realize he's holding on so hard because he's afraid he has nothing else.. that just might work. All he needs is to find something to live for and poof! No more Itachi-obsession. Thanks for solving that little dilemma. I love that Naruto ended up talking him back into going after Itachi. They were good reasons too and not just random arguments. It's not like nothing changed either. Baby steps! He got Sasuke to accept help without even consciously trying. That's why Naruto always worked. He viewed the world his way and expected it to be true. So when he presented his beliefs to the world they didn't resist them, but thought that he might be right. I see the Kakashi and Naruto thing as a chemical thing versus an emotional thing. Sasuke obviously has a crush on Itachi, but from his description it sounds very physical. He doesn't seek Kakashi's approval, just his touch. He really is starting to admire Naruto's attitude in a deep little dark part of his mind that refuses to be acknowledged. I love the concept and the way you carried it out. Happy Writing.

All those thoughts/situations were pretty canon; they practicaly could have happened in the manga! (except for Sasuke's thoughts on Kakashi... ^/^; only in my dreams XD)
